Note: If you have purchased before without an account and now decide to create an account, CHU Points will not be credited retrospectively.

How to Redeem CHU Points

- Login to your account here.
- Click on the launcher widget (gift icon at the bottom right of the page) to open the rewards panel.
- Click on "Ways to redeem".
- If you do not have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
- If you have enough points, there will be a "Redeem" button.
- Using the slider bar, select how many points you want to redeem.
- Click "Redeem" and a discount code will appear.
- Click "Apply code" and the code will be automatically applied when you checkout online.
- If it does not automatically apply for some reason, please copy the code and paste it in the promo code field during checkout.
Once you have redeemed the points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you use it on a purchase.
- Redemption can only be made in multiples of 100 CHU Points.
- CHU Points do not expire.
- CHU Points cannot be used together with other Promo Codes.
